| English abstract | This article seeks to find keys of interpretation to determine the relationship between technological artifacts and human rights from a phenomenological perspective. To achieve this goal we proceed to conceptualize previous aspects such as technoscience, natural and artificial world to further analyze and interpret the contributions of Martin Heidegger"s proposal and its impact on how the relationship is established with the artifacts from their supposed neutrality. |
| Spanish abstract | En este artículo se busca hallar claves de interpretación, que permitan determinar la relación entre los artefactos tecnológicos (tecnoartefactos) y los derechos humanos desde una perspectiva fenomenológica. Para alcanzar este propósito se procede a conceptualizar sobre algunos aspectos previos, tales como la tecnociencia, el mundo natural y artificial, para posteriormente analizar e interpretar los aportes de la propuesta de Martin Heidegger y sus consecuencias, en la forma como se establece la relación con los artefactos desde su supuesta neutralidad. |
