| English abstract | Throughout the present work, we try to step the reader into the legal evolution that has concerned the environment, in the intention of facing the constant aggressions that through history nature has been suffering by the hand of man. The idea is no other than exposing several of those serious events, which somehow have put in severe threat the ecosystem of any point on Earth at a given historical moment, in order to give a lesson and example to prevent them to happen again |
