| English abstract | The text discusses and presents the problem of the conceptual relevance of a “praxis-myth”; this is the production of new mythical versions starting from certain circumstances or situations. In this sense, in the narrative accounts of a group, it is shown how specific facts and their contexts acquire meanings and looks differentiated within the same indigenous group. Furthermore, it analyzes how significant facts experienced by a few people question paradigmatic figures and the mythical corpus, which is presented and organized in an extensive Guarani literature. At another point, it approaches the mbya “civilizing” process and the locus of the “kesuita” or “quechuita” civilizing god, taking into consideration the memory of the group. Finally, the text explains the time shifts and overlapping among some ethno-historic and native accounts, based on a perspectivist methodology |
| Portuguese abstract | O texto discute e problematiza a pertinência conceitual de uma “práxis-mito”, ou seja, a produção de novas versões míticas a partir de algumas conjunturas. Nesse sentido, procura mostrar nas narrativas grupais como determinados fatos e seus contextos adquirem olhares e significados diferenciados dentro de um mesmo povo indígena. Ademais, examina-os como fatos relevantes experienciados por poucas pessoas, questionam figuras paradigmáticas e corpus mítico, que se apresenta organizado em uma extensa literatura guarani. Noutro momento, aborda o processo “civilizatório” mbyá e o locus do deus civilizatório kesuita ou quechuita, levando-se em conta a memória do grupo. Finalmente, expõe a defasagem e a superposição entre algumas narrativas etno-históricas e nativas, com base em uma metodologia perspectivista |
