| English abstract | This paper presents some suggestions for approaching themes which are current in studies on Guarani groups as they were carried out according to contemporary ethnography among the mbya populations who settled in the state of Rio de Janeiro during the 90s. The issues that will be dealt with here are actually questions to be developed in a PhD thesis. At the moment, the intention is, at the moment, to discuss these matters with other ethnographic realities and points of view in a forum where Anthropology, Archaeology and History are brought together. The classical theme of Guarani migration or mobility will be presented here under new terms, that is, as the privileged locus of access to the culture, allowing us an interesting approach to their social organization, cosmology, and definition of “person” as well as their perception of the condition of humanity |
| Portuguese abstract | Esta comunicação apresenta algumas sugestões para a abordagem de temas presentes nos estudos sobre grupos Guarani, a partir de uma etnografia contemporânea desenvolvida junto a populações mbya que se instalou, durante a década de 1990, no estado do Rio de Janeiro. Os pontos aqui levantados são questões a serem desenvolvidas em uma tese de doutorado e, a intenção, neste momento, é especialmente colocá-los em diálogo com outras realidades etnográficas e pontos de vista, em um fórum que reúne Antropologia, Arqueologia e História. Aqui o tema clássico das migrações ou da mobilidade guarani é proposto, sob novos termos, como locus privilegiado de acesso à cultura, permitindo uma abordagem interessante da organização social, da cosmologia, da definição de “pessoa”, assim como da percepção da condição de humanidade |
