| English abstract | In various academic investigations, negatively charged media content has been pointed out as being responsible for the anomie, apathy or political alienation of citizens, although there is also evidence that these messages could arouse interest in public affairs and encourage political mobilization. Based on a study of ex post facto receptions, the narratives of various groups of voters exposed to the television political spots broadcast during the federal election in Mexico in 2021 were analyzed, which allowed us to inquire about the political attitudes around the political forces that participated in the election. the contest. |
| Spanish abstract | En diversas investigaciones académicas se ha señalado a los contenidos mediáticos con carga negativa como los responsables de la anomia, apatía o alienación política de los ciudadanos, aunque también existe evidencia de que estos mensajes podrían despertar el interés por los asuntos públicos y alentar la movilización política. A partir de un estudio expostfacto de recepciones, se analizaron las narrativas de diversos grupos de electores expuestos a los anuncios políticos televisivos transmitidos durante las elecciones federales de 2021 en México. De este modo, se pudo indagar sobre las actitudes políticas en relación con las fuerzas políticas que participaron en la contienda. |
