| Spanish abstract | En el siguiente escrito se examina la cuestión del humanismo en Lévinas, bajo la directriz de una “consideración inactual”. En ella se observa una apuesta de humanismo de corte radical, centrado en el esquema temporal que inaugura el otro. En cuanto modo de ser marginal al yo, el otro abre la escena de una razón excentrada, y conduce la cuestión del humanismo hacia una dimensión temporal particular, comprendida bajo la categoría de envejecimiento en el que se inscribe la huella de lo inmemorial y la dignidad |
| English abstract | This article reviews the question of humanism in Lévinas, guided by the concept of “inactual consideration”. This review reveals a commitment to a radical humanism, focused on the time frame that the other inaugurates. By presenting a way of being marginal to the self, the other opens the scene to an excentrated reason, and leads the question of humanism towards a particular temporal dimension, understood within the category of aging in which the immemorial and dignity are imprinted |
