| Spanish abstract | El objetivo es comprender cómo las condiciones del trabajo trasnacional irregular México-Estados Unidos afectan la salud-enfermedad de migrantes que retornan a su comunidad en México y cómo estas condiciones explican por qué a pesar de la capacidad activa del sujeto, no hay una acción colectiva por la salud migrante. En seis entrevistas en profundidad a migrantes que retornan de Estados Unidos se observó que a pesar de la lucha por alcanzar una vida digna con capacidad generadora y creativa, están los sentidos subjetivos con capacidad desubjetivadora que los inhibe a través del conjunto de retos que van experimentando con la condición de irregularidad que se mantiene en el mercado laboral trasnacional en manos de las subjetividades dominantes |
| English abstract | The aim is to understand the conditions of irregular US-México trasnational work affects the health-disease of migrants returning to their community in México and how these conditions explain why despite the active capacity of the subject, there is no collective action for migrant health. Six depth interviews with migrants returning from United States, it was observed that despite the struggle to achieve a dignified life with a creative capacity, there are subjective sense with a desubjetive capacity that inhibits them through the set of challenges they are experiencing with the condition of irregularity that is maintained in the trasnational labor market in the hands of the dominant subjectivities |
