| Spanish abstract | En este artículo se ofrece un repaso de las investigaciones acerca de las formas de cultivo tradicional del viñedo. Estamos hablando por lo tanto de una investigación etnográfica cuyo objetivo primordial es documentar las formas de trabajo agrícola de la viña en diferentes regiones del mundo con varios objetivos: documentación, dialectología, museología, recuperación y aplicación de técnicas tradicionales. A partir del estudio se observa que además el paisaje es un recurso apetecido por los aficionados a la cultura del vino, por lo que se van a describir diferentes iniciativas de éxito dentro del turismo del vino |
| English abstract | The author, on behalf of the organization, wishes to review the presented investigations into the forms of traditional vineyard cultivation. The objective of this ethnographic investigation is primordially to document the ways that different regions in the world perform the agriculture of the vineyard. The information for this report is compiled from primary documentation, dialectology, museumology, and the recupera tion and application of traditional techniques to create a multiperpectival approach. The study shows that the landscape is a commodity, a desired aspect of wine culture aficionados. For this reason, we will describe various successful initiatives to engag e with the landscape in wine culture |
