| Spanish abstract | Resulta importante que las universidades tengan una revista científica, con el fin de poder difundir los conocimientos generados. Se planteó el objetivo general, análizar las revistas científicas de las universidades nacionales interculturales peruanas. Los objetivos específicos, determinar el cumplimiento de los requisitos de indexación de las revistas científicas en Latindex y plantear mejoras en la gestión de las revistas científicas. Se utilizó la metodología de Latindex con 38 características, estudio descriptivo, documental, métodos analítico y sintético. Resultados, se ha excluido de dicho análisis a la Universidad Nacional Intercultural de la Selva Central Juan Santos Atahualpa, por no evidenciar la existencia de una revista científica. Se concluyó que, la revista científica de la Universidad Nacional Intercultural de la Amazonía ha cumplido con 31 características, mientras que las otras dos revistas no cumplen ni la mitad de las características. Además, es urgente mejorar la gestión de las revistas científicas, como obtener el ISSN, lograr la indexación para mejorar su visibilidad, formar un equipo editorial con integrantes nacionales e internacionales y cumplir la periodicidad planteada |
| English abstract | It is important that universities have a scientific journal, in order to be able to disseminate the knowledge generated. The general objective was set, to analyze the scientific journals of the Peruvian national intercultural universities. The specific objectives, to determine compliance with the requirements for the indexing of scientific journals in Latindex and to propose improvements in the management of scientific journals. The Latindex methodology with 38 characteristics was used. Results, the National Intercultural University of the Central Forest Juan Santos Atahualpa has been excluded from said analysis, for not evidencing the existence of a scientific journal. It was concluded that the scientific journal of the National Intercultural University of the Amazon has fulfilled 31 characteristics, while the other two journals do not fulfill even half of the characteristics. In addition, there is an urgent need to improve the management of scientific journals, such as obtaining the ISSN, achieving indexing to improve their visibility, forming an editorial team with national and international members, and complying with the planned periodicity |
