| Spanish abstract | Una de las nociones políticas correspondiente a la era moderna que pasó a ocupar un prominente lugar, al interior de las argumentaciones esgrimidas por parte de quienes se convirtieron en protagonistas de las tramas delineadas durante las independencias de la América hispana, se concentró en la propia de soberanía. Sobre ella cabalgaron los distintos nominativos a los que se apeló como conjunto del lenguaje político que se extendió a principios del siglo XIX. En esta ocasión no se trata de esclarecer orígenes. Las líneas que constituyen el siguiente ensayo comprenden un ejercicio bajo el influjo del giro hermenéutico y lingüístico, en contigüidad con la historia de las mentalidades en su vertiente conceptual. El mismo es un intento de reformular, reinterpretar y replantear lo que a inicios del decimonono se experimentó como un modo inédito de concreción soberana, en conjunción con las bases en que se sustentaron las reflexiones alrededor de la justicia, la igualdad, la ley, la revolución, el Estado y la misma de independencia, entre otras |
| English abstract | One of the political ideas for the modern era that came to occupy a prominent place within the arguments put forward by those who became stars of the plots outlined for the independence of Spanish America, focused on the proper sovereignty.
