Resumen en inglés | This research was developed in the midst of a complex global health context, liv-ing the onslaught of the peaks of a pandemic by a new strain of the coronavirus family, known as COVID-19 or Sars-CoV2, where physical and psychological health is at risk, accompanying people in their losses as a result of this situation, aspiring that the conjunctural attention of the loss during the pandemic. The re-search was framed in the critical dialectical paradigm, situating the learning and experiences in reality, building different points of view and constructing a theoret-icalknowledgelocatedinthecurrentcontext,withabroadervisionandovercom-ing the academicism of only explaining simple theories. A systematization of ex-periences was carried out, which made it possible to revive, analyze, reflect and transform this knowledge into something useful, using techniques such as biblio-graphic review, content analysis, case studies and interviews to construct the cate-gories to be studied. The general objective was to propose a free psychological support service for people in bereavement generated by the COVID-19 pandemic. From this experience, emerged the proposal of the Mental Health Community Caregivers Collectives as a tool to provide care and primary support in the com-munities. |
