| English abstract | The ideologies of refounder governments (Venezuela, Bolivia and Ecuador) are analyzed to show how they can articulate tradition and originality, referring in the act of “refound” old and new traditions. This paper also investigate how these original traditions or originalities made traditions are articulated with the notion of democracy that goes through these processes of reconstruction. For this analysis, I propose an eclectic theoretical approach, which seeks to bring together some theoretical perspectives from different fields of the humanities concerned with the role of social creativity, ideas and culture |
| Portuguese abstract | Os discursos dos governos refundadores (Venezuela, Bolívia e Equador) são analisados para mostrar como eles articulam tradição e originalidade, remetendo no ato de “refundar” antigas e novas tradições. Investiga-se também como essas tradições originais ou originalidades tornadas tradições se articulam com a noção de democracia que atravessa os processos de refundação. Para abordar o tema, propõe-se uma abordagem teórica eclética, que procura reunir algumas correntes teóricas de distintos campos das ciências humanas, preocupadas com o papel da criatividade social, das ideias e da cultura |
