| Spanish abstract | El objetivo del presente es determinar la forma de medir la asociación y correlación del índice de productividad, lo grados de adopción de innovaciones y el uso del comercio electrónico de las mypes. Además, de un análisis de competitividad sistémico a partir de los resultados del cuestionario aplicado a 464 directores de las mypes de la región Córdoba, Yanga y Fortín utilizando en el periodo de inicio de la pandemia. | English abstract | The purpose of this investigative research is to understand how the application of ISO 2600 Standards influence productivity within micro and small enterprises located in the municipality of Veracruz, in the State of Veracruz, Mexico. With regards to the n)ythodology, the analysis of 502 enterprises was performed with the use of an instrument which was validated and integrated with 230 items in seven parts. To carry out this investigation, this research focused on questions 33 and 34 (Posada, Penta, & Aguilar, 2020).
