| Spanish abstract | En algunas publicaciones y conversaciones sobre la Educación Superior que se imparte en Colombia, se habla y escribe profusamente sobre técnica y tecnología. En muchos casos, el desarrollo de políticas educativas, por parte del sistema, conduce a acciones confusas y entrópicas, debido a la carga de polisemia u homonimia que encierran estos conceptos. Se introduce un término nuevo la desambiguación. La ley 30 de 1992 define que los campos de acción de la Educación Superior son: el de la técnica, la ciencia, la tecnología, las humanidades, el arte y la filosofía. La discriminación negativa de lo tecnológico en la administración del sistema educativo, produce en el imaginario social un menor reconocimiento, lo cual tiene consecuencias sobre la valoración del carácter de la formación profesional con énfasis en lo tecnológico. Son las comunidades académicas y no académicas las llamadas a establecer claridad sobre el rol que desempeñan los programas científicos, tecnológicos y técnicos en la sociedad del conocimiento |
| English abstract | In some publications and conversations about Higher education that it is given in Colombia, one speaks and written profusely of technique skills and technology. In many cases, the development of political educational, on part of the system, drives to confused and entropic actions, due to the load of the plurality of word meaning or homonym that shut these concepts up. It introduces a new term the no-ambiguous (desambiguación). The law 30 of 1992 defines that the fields of action of the Higher education are: technique skill, the science, the technology, the humanities, the art and the philosophy. The negative discrimination of the technological aspect in the administration of the educational system, it produces in the imaginary social one a minor recognition, which has consequences on the evaluation of the character of the professional training with emphasis on the technological thing. They are the academic and not academic communities to calls to establish clarity on the roll that redeem the scientific, technological and technical programs in the society of the knowledge |
