| Spanish abstract | El artículo tiene como objetivo estudiar el proceso de financiamiento de los préstamos otorgados por el Banco de Desarrollo de América del Norte (BDAN) y los usos en la región fronteriza entre México y Estados Unidos. En la investigación se utiliza el método hipotético-deductivo y el analítico-descriptivo. Los indicadores analizados permiten concluir que la frontera entre México y Estados Unidos usa de manera diferenciada los préstamos obtenidos por sus respectivas particularidades, condiciones y normas con las que subsiste. Estados Unidos elabora planes integrales de 5 a 20 años en promedio y México utiliza los fondos con fines mediáticos, sin ninguna planeación |
| English abstract | The article aims to study the process of financing loans granted by the North American Development Bank (NADB) and uses in the border region between Mexico and the United States. The article aims to study the process of financing loans granted by the North American Development Bank (NADB) and uses in the border region between Mexico and the United States. The research uses the hypothetic-deductive and the analytic-descriptive method. The analyzed indicators allow concluding that the border between Mexico and the United States uses in a differentiated way the loans obtained by their respective peculiarities, conditions and norms with which it subsists. The United States develops comprehensive plans of 5 to 20 years on average and Mexico uses the funds for media purposes, without any planning |
