Spanish abstract Ante la necesidad de promover la comunicación efectiva en espacios educativos virtuales, fortalecer el trabajo colaborativo entre los estudiantes de bachillerato en modalidad a distancia, así como elevar la participación asistida del facilitador para propiciar, guiar y evaluar de forma oportuna y pertinente el aprendizaje, se mostrarán los resultados del proceso aprendizaje-enseñanza obtenidos en trabajos colaborativos mediante el uso de herramientas Web 2.0 Google Drive. El enfoque va en torno a mostrar las ventajas y desventajas experimentadas, así como sugerencias que permitirán elevar su efectividad en el proceso formativo del Nivel Medio Superior (NMS) en línea
English abstract In order to promote effective communication in online educational spaces, to strengthen the collaborative work between the students of the online high school modality, and to increase the assisted participation of the teacher —to organize, guide and evaluate the veracity and pertinence of the knowledge— this article shows the results of the teaching-knowledge process obtained in collaborative works employing the tool called Web 2.0 Google Drive. The objective is to present its advantages and disadvantages, as well as how quickly and efficiently it helps to evaluate the formative process in the online high school program
