| Spanish abstract | El propósito de este artículo queda expresado en la pregunta: ¿qué criterios nos permiten analizar y comprender las implicaciones éticas, legales y sociales que han tenido las innovaciones tecnológicas y la hiperconectividad en la educación a distancia? Para ello se identifican y discuten algunos desafíos educativos que han sido generados por el desarrollo de innovaciones digitales, comenzando con el Onlife Manifesto como marco de referencia y conceptualización para identificar problemáticas éticas, legales y sociales que impactan la educación y las relaciones humanas. Finalmente, se sugiere la necesidad de una ética digital y prácticas específicas de implementación con lo que llamo las habilidades del siglo XXI |
| English abstract | The purpose of this paper lies in the question: What criteria allow us to analyze and understand the ethical, legal and social implications that technological innovations and hyperconnectivity have had in distance learning? Answering this question entails identifying and discussing some of the educational challenges that have ensued from the development of digital innovations, starting with the Onlife Manifesto as a reference and conceptualization framework to identify ethical, legal and social issues that impact education and human relations. Lastly, we suggest the need for digital ethics and specific implementation practices which we call skills of the 21st century |
