| Spanish abstract | Con los avances en los anestésicos locales y en las técnicas de anestésica regional como son la neuroestimulación y más recientemente la utilización del ultrasonido para localizar nervios periféricos, todo esto en su conjunto ha permitido proporcionar a los pacientes una anestesia segura y confortable, sin dejar de lado la analgesia postoperatoria. Existen diferentes estudios donde podemos considerar a la anestesia regional como de primera opción para este tipo de cirugía, y no hay que olvidar que contamos con una variedad de procedimientos regionales para producir una adecuada analgesia, tanto quirúrgica como postoperatoria, aunque no están exentas de riesgos, ni complicaciones de las cuales debemos estar pendientes. Además, durante la cirugía de hombro es necesario que el paciente se encuentre cómodo y confortable. El objetivo de este trabajo es tener una idea más clara sobre la técnica a utilizar en nuestros pacientes al ser sometidos a cirugía de hombro |
| English abstract | With the advances in the anesthetic premises and the techniques of regional anesthetic as they are neuroestimulation and but recently the use of the ultrasound to locate peripheral nerves, all this as a whole has allowed to provide to the patients a safe and comfortable anesthesia, without leaving of side the post-operative analgesia. It exist different studies where we can consider to the regional anesthesia like of first option for this type of surgery, and is not necessary to forget that we counted on a variety of regional procedures to produce a suitable analgesia, surgical as much post-operative. Although they are not free of risks, no complications of which we must be pending. In addition during the shoulder surgery it is necessary that the patient is convenient and comfortable. All this is the objective of this work having an idea but clear on the technique to use in our patients the being submissive shoulder surgery |
