English abstract | We describe the core concepts that form the paradigm of communicative understanding Niklas Luhmann, and communicative action of Jürgen Habermas and its possible use in organizational theory. However, the theory of self-referential systems manifest limitations relegating anthropological and ontological aspects and place people in the system environment. As possibility of overcoming the limitations that appear in the theory of selfreferential systems with respect to the anthropological inclusion, we propose the idea of “reflective autopoiesis” and its use in the observations on the observation of organizations and institutions |
