| Spanish abstract | El presente trabajo aborda el tema de las garantías constitucionales en y desde la región andina: Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador y Perú. Las Constituciones de dicha región acusan avances sustanciales en relación con la regulación de las garantías con el fin de crear un verdadero Estado constitucional de derechos. Como mecanismo para prevenir o enmendar la violación de un derecho implícito en la Constitución, las garantías constitucionales han sido inspiradas en quienes sufren las violaciones y no en los abogados y abogadas que abusan de la herramienta |
| English abstract | The present work informs about the constitutional warranties in and from the Andean region: Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador and Peru. The Constitutions in such regions, accuse substantial improvements in relation to the regulation of warranties with the purpose of creating a true Law Constitutional State. As a mechanism to prevent or emend the violation of an implicit right in the Constitution, the constitutional warranties have been inspired from those who have suffer the violation and not in the lawyers that have abused this tool |
