| Spanish abstract | El presente artículo tiene como objeto de estudio el recurso de amparo en Nicaragua. Se parte de los rasgos generales de la justicia constitucional nicaragüense a través de los distintos mecanismos de control de constitucionalidad y los órganos de control de ésta y se profundiza en la naturaleza jurídica del recurso de amparo en Nicaragua, así como su función y objeto. De igual forma, se estudia el procedimiento del recurso de amparo que abarca los sujetos legitimados, las etapas del recurso y concluye con la sentencia y sus efectos. En el ordenamiento jurídico-constitucional nicaragüense el recurso de amparo tiene una doble naturaleza jurídica: es un mecanismo de protección de derechos y garantías constitucionales y eventualmente, permite el control de normas en casos concretos |
| English abstract | The article under consideration is a study of the writ of amparo as a remedy in the Nicaraguan legal system. It starts with the general characteristics of the constitutional justice in Nicaragua through the different constitutional controls, mechanisms and the supervisory bodies, explores into the legal nature of the remedy in Nicaragua and its role and purpose. Similarly, studies the procedure of the remedy of persons authorized covering the stages of action and concludes with the sentence and its effects. In the Nicaraguan constitutional-legal system. The remedy has a dual legal nature: a mechanism for protection of constitutional rights and guarantees and, eventually, allows control of rules in specifi c cases |
