| English abstract | A case of a patient with anomalous origin in the pulmonary artery of the left coronary artery was presented, who has remained asymptomatic up to 49 years of age old. Antiarrhythmic treatments, long-term follow-up with clinical assessment, electrocardiographyand interventional treatment were required. An antiarrhythmic therapy was necessary because of the high possibility of sudden death that they suffered. |
| Spanish abstract | Se presentó el caso de un paciente con origen anómalo en la arteria pulmonar de la arteria coronaria izquierda, el cual ha permanecido asintomático hasta los 49 años de edad. Se aboga por un tratamiento antiarrítmico, seguimiento a largo plazo con valoración clínica y electrocardiografía y si fuese necesario tratamiento intervencionista. Es necesaria una terapia antiarrítmica por la alta posibilidad de muerte súbita que padecen. |
