Spanish abstract Se analizan registros freatimétricos continuos de 2007 a 2014 en seis perforaciones ubicadas en la cuenca del arroyo del Azul. Las perforaciones son de poca profundidad (menores a 6 m) porque su objetivo es monitorear el nivel freático, y se distribuyen tanto en la zona de cabeceras como en el sector llano. Se identifican períodos más secos, con niveles más profundos, y períodos húmedos, con niveles que llegan a alcanzar 0,5 m de profundidad. La recarga se calcula mediante el método de fluctuación del nivel freático, para lo cual es necesario estimar el almacenamiento específico en la ubicación de cada pozo. Ello se hace mediante un procedimiento gráfico donde se vuelcan los eventos precipitación-ascenso de nivel. Se calculan las recargas totales mensuales medias y las variaciones de almacenamiento para cada pozo en el período analizado. Finalmente, se analiza la relación entre el nivel freático en cada perforación y el caudal base en una sección del arroyo del Azul. AbstractGroundwater continuous records from 2007 to 2014 in six wells located on the Azul Creek watershed are analyzed. The wells are shallow (less than 6 m) because its objective is to monitor the water table, and are distributed both in the headers and in the plain sector. Drier periods, with deeper levels, and wet periods, with levels that can reach only 0.5 m depth are identified. Recharge is calculated by the water table fluctuation method, for which is necessary to estimate the specific yield for the location of each well. This is done through a graphical procedure where precipitation-level rise events are included. Total mean monthly recharge and storage variations for each well in the period under analysis are calculated. Finally, the relationship between the groundwater level in each well and base flow in a section of the Azul Creek is analyzed.
