| English abstract | This investigation had as an objective the design of actions of communal intervention for the prevention of social indiscipline in young people of the circumscription no.11 of the Popular Council Rubén LópezSabariego of the Guantánamo municipality. There were techniques used for collecting information, interviews, opinion polls, document analysis and participative observation. In order to evaluate the feasibility of the interrelation among the variables of the model problem, the actions of intervention and the verifiable indicators, a Matrix of Communal Intervention Evaluation is proposed |
