| Spanish abstract | La formación del ser humano y su desarrollo cognitivo es evolutivo y continuo. Aún cuando se es adulto las posibilidades de cambio y transformación superan las más grandes expectativas, y a este respecto, el aprendiz adulto ofrece un sin fin de posibilidades. La formación de adultos como un valor es un asunto que ningún facilitador andragógico debe permitirse olvidar. A través del buen desarrollo de las competencias que el participante adulto debe forjarse durante su proceso de formación, se garantizará la inserción al campo laboral de un ciudadano con máximas premisas de justicia, convivencia, respeto, dedicación y compromiso con su entorno familiar, social y laboral. Formar adultos dará la oportunidad al facilitador de crear un ambiente educativo democrático y libre, donde las ideas y opiniones fluyan sin ningún tipo de restricciones, permitiendo de ese modo la equidad y la igualdad entre las partes |
| English abstract | The education of the human being and his cognitive development is in continuous evolution. Even being an adult, the possibilities for a change and a transformation go beyond the greatest expectations, and in this matter, the adult student offers never-ending potential. Teaching adults as a value is an issue that no andragogical facilitator should be allowed to forget. With the proper development of all the competences that an adult must get during the educational process, it will be guaranteed the insertion of a citizen with great premises of justice, coexistence, respect, dedication and commitment with his family, social and working surroundings. Teaching adults will give the professor the opportunity to create a democratic and free learning atmosphere, where ideas and opinions flow without any restrictions, thereby allowing equity and equality between the parties |
