| Spanish abstract | Los avances en ciencia y tecnología, el desarrollo de la comunicación y su impacto en la sociedad demandan una educación cuyo horizonte sea la formación de la persona en la totalidad de sus dimensiones. Estas ideas orientaron la investigación, con miras al análisis de los valores interiorizados por los estudiantes que cursan la carrera del Bioanálisis durante su proceso de aprendizaje. La orientación teórica estuvo dirigida hacia la educación en valores desde dimensiones filosóficas y epistemológicas bajo el enfoque fenomenológico, atendiendo a procedimientos inductivos según la metodología constructivista-cualitativa. La información se obtuvo a través de técnicas de Grupo Nominal. El escenario observacional estuvo representado por estudiantes del área de la salud. Los resultados develaron un sistema de valores finales interiorizados bajo el predominio del valor económico o utilitario; sobre los morales y afectivos, mientras en los valores instrumentales se apreció una aproximación hacia aquellos reguladores de una conducta integral humana cónsona con el ejercicio profesional de la salud |
| English abstract | The advances of science and the technology, the development of the communication and its impact in the society demand an education, whose horizon is the formation of the person in the totality of their dimensions, for it the education in values plays an important role. These ideas oriented the investigation, with a view to the analysis of the values interiorized by the students who attend the race of the Bioanálisis during their process of learning. The study merit the theoretical direction of the thematic one related to the education in values from philosophical and epistemological dimensions under the phenomenological approach, taking care of inductive procedures according to the qualitative methodology constructivista. The information obtained through techniques of Nominal Group the observacional scene was represented by students of the School of Bioanálisis, Medicine Faculty, University of Zulia. In the results a system of system of interiorized final values under the predominance of the economic or utilitarian value revealed; on the affective morals and, however in the instrumental values an approach was appraised towards those regulators of human an integral conduct consonance with the exercise of the profession of the health |
