| Spanish abstract | México se ha visto en la necesidad de garantizar el Estado de derecho en el ámbito de la seguridad y prosperidad marítima y portuaria. La Secretaría de Marina ha sido pieza clave en materia de protección en los recintos portuarios, entendiendo que únicamente dicha Secretaría reúne los medios necesarios de personal y material para la adecuada ejecución de dichas actividades. La protección marítima y portuaria no es reactiva ni improvisada, sino un punto nodal y de supervisión constante de la Secretaría de Marina y de la comunidad portuaria en la que se consideran cualquier cantidad de aspectos que garantizan el buen desarrollo de las actividades portuarias |
| English abstract | Mexico has seen the need to ensure the rule of law in the field of maritime and port security and prosperity. The Secretary of the Navy has been a key player in the protection in the port areas, understanding that this Secretariat only meets the necessary personnel and material means for the proper performance of such activities. The maritime and port security is not reactive nor improvised, but a nodal and constant supervision of the Navy and the port community on the point considered any number of aspects to ensure the proper development of port activities |
