| English abstract | This document states that children’s education is the key element for creating a committed society to the State; in fact, the State is the one responsible for guaranteeing society’s national security. Society must be involved to guarantee it, and at the same time, it should enjoy all the benefits that are obtained from having a proper national security. They can be obtained through better life conditions and through a growing national progress |
