| Spanish abstract | A pesquisa analisa o papel da participação social, capaz de propiciar maior participação popular na tomada de decisão acerca do direcionamento dos recursos públicos. A problemática reside no fato de que a nível federal nunca houve a implementação do orçamento participativo no âmbito do PPA. Tal fato se modificou com a retomada democrática em que o Brasil vem vivenciando com o governo brasileiro atual que implantou o PPA participativo para o período de2024 a 2027. Dentro desse contexto, o artigo teve como objetivo analisar as novas perspectivas a partir da adoção do Plano Plurianual Participativo, sendo analisada a plataforma digital que será utilizada para que a sociedade possa participar, propondo novos direcionamentos. | English abstract | The research analyzes the role of social participation, capable of providing greater popular participation in decision-making about the direction of public resources. The problem resides in the fact that at the federal level there was never the implementation of the participatory budget within the scope of the PPA. This fact changed with the democratic resumption that Brazil has been experiencing with the current Brazilian government that implemented the participatory PPA for the period from 2024 to 2027. Within this context, the article aimed to analyze the new perspectivesfrom the adoption of the Participatory Pluriannual Plan, analyzing the digital platform that will be used so that society can participate, proposing new directions.
