| Spanish abstract | Ante los inminentes cambios del clima en todos los continentes, la alarma ecológica y la crisis energética, se ha tomado conciencia que la Arquitectura debe ofrecer soluciones aprovechando las energías naturales, el respeto al ambiente y la preservación para las generaciones futuras. De allí el planteamiento del Desarrollo Sustentable en la Arquitectura Contemporánea y para su concreción se hace necesaria la gestión tecnológica, todo ello, con fines de obtener un alto impacto social. Esta premisa es la fórmula para la presente investigación. La metodología es de tipo documental, monográfica, basada en el método cualitativo con apoyo en la Hermenéutica para el análisis, crítica e interpretación de datos e información existente de la temática. Se abordaron los aspectos teóricos, contrastando con la posición de los autores. Los resultados establecen criterios para un nuevo enfoque paradigmático de la Arquitectura. Se concluye que los avances tecnológicos, la sustentabilidad del contexto nacional y globalizado son temas a incorporar en la enseñanza y praxis del Diseño Arquitectónico, como estrategia metodológica instrumentada mediante políticas públicas, conjuntamente con mentalidad creadora, innovadora y responsable del profesional de la arquitectura para preservar el ambiente. Queda la agenda abierta para precisar la tecnología de los sistemas constructivos que ofrezcan soluciones, tomando la vivienda como modelo para aplicar estos criterios |
| English abstract | Faced with impending climate change on every continent, the ecological alarm and the energy crisis, people have realized that architecture must offer solutions that take advantage of natural energy, respect the environment and preserve it for future generations; hence, the proposal for sustainable development in contemporary architecture, whose realization needs technological management in order to achieve a high social impact. This premise is the formula for the current research. The methodology is documentary and monographic, based on the qualitative method supported by hermeneutics for the analysis, critique and interpretation of data and information on the topic. The theoretical aspects were approached, contrasting with the authors’ position. The results established criteria for a new paradigmatic approach to architecture. Conclusions are that technological advances, sustainability of the national and globalized contexts are issues to be incorporated in the teaching and practice of architectural design as a methodological strategy implemented through public policies in conjunction with the creative, innovative and responsive thinking of the architecture professional to preserve the environment. The agenda remains open for refining the technology for building systems that offer solutions, taking the home as a model for applying these criteria |
