| English abstract | home purchasing in Colombia before and after the crisis of the UPAC system, their institutions and the major events occurring since the beginning of the UPAC to the end of Interest Housing (SIH) and non SIH, the existing supports, emphasizing the importance of housing subsidies to 7SIH purchases.
