English abstract | This article systematically arranges the historical-legal approaches of José Victorino Lastarria, Chilean Constitutional law professor. Said approaches are related to the political project, aimed at deeply modifying certain parts of the 1833 Constitution, signed in 1850. For this reason, the author used the history of law as a means to delegitimize the Hispanic cultural heritage and the Laws of the Indies |
