| English abstract | An evolutionary perspective on the main regulatory milestones that determine the beginning of the judicial case management in Europe makes it possible to verify that an increased judicial control over civil litigation, as an efficiency tool, comprises a highly consistent tendency. The main responsibilities assigned to judges have promoted a transformation and growth of the role that has been assigned to them, which is justified through changes in philosophy regarding the aims of the process |
