| Spanish abstract | En los últimos años, pero probablemente a partir del crecimiento del flagelo internacional del narcotráfico y de sus delitos conexos, el concepto de seguridad nacional en nuestro país ha venido sufriendo profundas transformaciones tanto en su contenido como en su aplicación, sin que hasta la fecha, lamentablemente, exista una sola o varias ideas concretas sobre cuál debe ser el contenido y el alcance del concepto de seguridad nacional y de su correspondencia con los más altos intereses de México. La presente investigación retoma el concepto de seguridad nacional a partir del surgimiento de los Estados Unidos de América y de la Unión Soviética como las dos superpotencias del sistema internacional emanado de la Conferencia de San Francisco, pero fundamentalmente de la confrontación Este-Oeste |
