| Spanish abstract | La autora presenta el tema de la maternidad subrogada que considera es de actualidad y define las distintas clases de maternidad subrogada y sus clasificaciones, a la vez que analiza si la legislación vigente que se aplica al efecto en el Distrito Federal es suficiente para regularla. Asimismo, se refiere a los fundamentos de la maternidad gestante, y concluye mencionando otros intereses que considera deben ser también protegidos |
| English abstract | The author introduces surrogate motherhood as an actual topic, and defines the different types of surrogacy and their classifications, while also analyzing if the existing legislation, which applies in the Federal District, is sufficient to regulate it. She also addresses to the expectant mother-hood regulations, and concludes by mentioning that some other interests should be also protected |
