| Spanish abstract | Masculino de 43 años policontundido [CIE 10 V13.4: Ciclista lesionado por colisión con automóvil, camioneta o furgoneta, conductor lesionado en accidente de tránsito]1, acudió tres horas y cuarenta minutos después a urgencias de un hospital de seguridad social, con equimosis y escoriaciones. Desarrolló hematoma en muslo izquierdo y cuatro días después acudió a medio particular aduciendo haber sufrido el percance ocho horas antes, por lo que el cirujano drenó el hematoma, primero por punción y posteriormente por desbridación. El motivo de queja fue que no le otorgaron el total de días de incapacidad sugeridos y el medicamento prescrito por el médico particular |
| English abstract | 43 year old male with several concussions [ICD 10 V13.4] Cyclist injured by an automobile crash, van or pickup truck, driver injured in road accident1; he arrived to the emergency room in a social security hospital with ecchymosis and abrasions tree hours and forty minutes later. He developed a hematoma in his left thigh and four days later he went to a private medium declaring that he had suffer the accident eight hours before, therefore the surgeon drained the hematoma rst by puncture and then by debridement. He alleged that he was not given the suggested disability days and the medicine prescribed by the private physician |
