| Spanish abstract | El estudio se ubica en el campo de los Sistemas Nacionales de Innovación (SNI), en donde se considera a la innovación como un proceso social e interactivo que vincula a diversos actores, por la cual se habla de un entorno social específico y sistémico, donde conocimiento no es sólo resultado de desarrollos internos de las empresas (formales, informales, codificados y tácitos), sino el producto de la recombinación del conocimiento codificado y de la socialización del conocimiento tácito. El objetivo del trabajo fue aproximarse a la forma de funcionamiento real y a la manera como se vinculan las diversas Instituciones Públicas y Privadas (IPP) que conforman el Sistema Regional de Innovación (SRI) en Aguascalientes, desde la perspectiva de su integración regional en redes interinstitucionales. Se adoptó un muestreo intencional, para ello se utilizó una estrategia metodológica basada en un tratamiento estadístico no paramétrico. Los resultados obtenidos para las IPP reiteran la tendencia de que algunas IPP no son tan ágiles para construir relaciones en torno a la innovación, esto significa que el espacio público todavía no genera las externalidades positivas que se requieren para promover el desarrollo endógeno dentro del territorio específico de la región, la ausencia de estructuras intermedias se manifiesta en los vacíos de comunicación y decisión frente a los problemas que afectan a estas instituciones y en general al SRI |
| English abstract | The studio is located in the area of the National Systems of Innovation (SNI), where innovation is seen as a social and interactive process that links to various actors, which is why we speak of a specific social environment and systemic in it the creation of knowledge is not only a result of internal development of firms (formal, informal, codified and tacit), but the product of recombination of codified knowledge and tacit knowledge socialization from this relationship, as forms framed develops networks where all social relations, rules and political constraints that shape the innovation environment. The objective was to approximate the actual operating form and the way they link the various Public and Private Institutions (PPI) that make up the Regional Innovation System (NIS) in Aguascalientes, from the perspective of inter-networking. Purposive sampling was adopted to this end we used a methodological strategy based on nonparametric statistical treatment. The results obtained for the IPP reiterate the trend that some are not as agile IPP to build relationships around the innovation, this means that public space is not yet generating positive externalities that are required to promote the endogenous development of the region, the absence of intermediate structures is manifested in communication gaps and decision addressing the problems facing these institutions and in general to SRI |
