| English abstract | SSchool coexistence in its various manifestations has in recent years become one of the main themes to be addressed by schools as well as in one of the main educational challenges of 21st century education. Objectives: the main objective of this article will be to analyze prospectively the evolution of the treatment of school coexistence in Spain through two analytic axes. On the one hand, the analysis of its historical journey framed in its social context is proposed, and on the other hand its treatment in educational legislation, in order that its importance can be appreciated from its journey to ours and finally establish strategies for its treatment in the future. Method: a documentary and bibliographic review has been carried out, as well as an analysis of the organic educational laws up to the recently approved LOMLOE. The selection of articles is done according to the criteria of being recently published articles and including the related keywords in their content. Results and conclusions: following the analysis, there is a clear evolution of school coexistence from an instrument at the service of the state through a punitive corrective idea of the concept to finally reach one more related to the citizen, moral and civic consciousness of our day. |
| Spanish abstract | La convivencia escolar en sus diversas manifestaciones se ha convertido en los últimos años en una de las principales temáticas a abordar por las escuelas, así como en uno de los principales retos educativos de la educación del siglo XXI. El objetivo principal de este artículo será el analizar con carácter prospectivo la evolución del tratamiento de la convivencia escolar en España a través de dos ejes analíticos. Por un lado, se plantea el análisis de su recorrido histórico enmarcado en su contexto social, y por otro, su tratamiento en la legislación educativa, con el fin de que se pueda apreciar su importancia desde su recorrido hasta nuestros días y finalmente establecer estrategias para su tratamiento en el futuro. Se ha realizado una revisión documental y bibliográfica, así como un análisis de las leyes orgánicas educativas hasta la recientemente aprobada LOMLOE. La selección de los artículos y documentos bibliográficos se realizó siguiendo los criterios de ser artículos recientes y en relación con las palabras claves que aparecen en el presente artículo. Tras el análisis, se constata una clara evolución de la convivencia escolar desde un instrumento al servicio del Estado hasta una idea correctiva punitiva del concepto para llegar finalmente a uno más relacionado con la conciencia ciudadana, moral y cívica de nuestros días. |
