| Spanish abstract | La comprensión de la lógica social y cultural presente en la celebración del centenario del Parlamento de Koz Koz en territorio Williche, en la actual comuna de Panguipulli, resulta relevante para entender el proceso y las características de las relaciones de sectores del pueblo Mapuche y el Estado chileno. En enero de 2007, se reúnen los descendientes de las antiguas y actuales autoridades mapuche del territorio, participando en la fase final aquellos invitados extraterritoriales y externos al Pueblo Mapuche, configurando así los términos de un encuentro que, a la luz del análisis que sigue, no es sólo la conmemoración de lo ocurrido en el año 1907, sino que se trata de la actualización de una cierta regularidad del movimiento social y político mapuche que pareciera, en lo sustantivo, no haber mutado en el tiempo transcurrido |
| English abstract | The comprehension of the social and cultural logics present in the centennial commemoration of the Parlamento de Koz Koz in the Williche territory, located in the current province of Panguipulli, is relevant to understand the process and characteristics of the relationships between sectors of the Mapuche people and the Chilean state. The descendants of the ancient and current Mapuche authorities gathered in January 2007, while extra-territorial and foreign guests participated in the final stages of that meeting, thus configuring an event that, in light of the analysis that follows, is not only a commemoration of what happened in 1907, but also the actualization of a certain regularity in the political and social Mapuche movement that, in the fundamental, seemed to not have changed in the time that has passed |
