| Spanish abstract | El objetivo de este ensayo es hacer un análisis comparativo preliminar de los procesos de exclusión e inclusión que enfrentan vendedores ambulantes (VA) en el siglo XXI, tanto en el espacio de los centros urbanos como en el ciberespacio. El trabajo se organiza en dos grandes apartados; uno en donde se expone la lógica de dominación y exclusión que afectan a los VA en los centros históricos (CH), ejercido por quienes llevan a cabo un urbanismo neoliberal en el marco de la globalización y de las nuevas formas de comunicación tecnológicas. En el segundo apartado se incursiona en el ciberespacio, para localizar y delimitar a cazadores furtivos que producen imágenes colectivas de disenso sobre los VA, las que se oponen a las oficiales negativas |
| English abstract | The main objective of this piece of writing is to make a preliminary comparative analysis of the process of exclusion and inclusion which the XXI century salesmen (street vendor) had to face, not only in the urban centers but in the cyberspace. This writing is organized in two big sections; one is where the logic of domination and exclusion that affects the salesmen(street vendor) in the main historical places, exerted by who practice a neoliberal urbanism inside the limits of the globalization and the new forms of technological comunication. In the second section, it explores inside the cyberpace, in order to locate and delimit the furtive hunters that produce colective images of dissent about the (street vendor), who oppose to the negative officials |
