| Spanish abstract | Este artículo pretende mostrar la necesidad de redefinir el concepto de Estado. Para esto se reconstruyen las teorías de Thomas Hobbes y de Max Weber con el fin de ampliar las definiciones clásicas del Estado por medio de la descripción de las mecánicas positivas del poder político. La funciones desempeñadas por la burocracia moderna representarán la bisagra que nos permitirá desplegar el análisis de Michel Foucault como un instrumento de análisis para las formas en que el poder del Estado se realiza empíricamente, y de esta manera llegar a una caracterización donde el fin de lo político será la creación de formas de vida y de sujetos. | English abstract | This article try to show the necesity to redefine the State concept. For this, reconstruct the theories of Thomas Hobbes and Max Weber with the pourpose of extending the clasics definitions about the State, by means of descriptions of the positivs mechanicals of the politc power. The functions carried of the modern burocracy will represented the articulation that as will let to unfold the Michel Foucault analysis as hermeneutic instrument for the form in which the power of the State it´s made empirical, and by this way arrive at the characterization in which the objective of the politic will be the creation of forms of live and subjects. The exposition strength is in the convenience of relating the juridical paradigm to the cultural paradigm to characterize the State |
