Se considera que es un deber hablar sobre este tema por la importancia que reviste el mismo, ya que la ciudadanía y los recursos del Estado se ven implicados, justo dentro de una sociedad donde cada vez se agudiza más la brecha entre pobres y ricos y predominan los intereses particulares o de ciertos sectores en detrimento de un bien común |
| English abstract | This work seeks to put on the mat the discussion of the existent relationship between the non Government Organizations and the State and which should be the function that each one should complete. It is considered that it is a duty to talk since about this topic for the importance that you had the same one, the citizenship and the resources of the State are implied, fair inside a society where every time he/she becomes worse more the breach among poor and rich and the particular interests prevail or of certain sectors in detriment of a very common one |
