| Spanish abstract | La muerte del presidente venezolano Hugo Chávez, líder populista y carismático que ejerció el poder con tendencias autocráticas, creó en Venezuela un vacío de autoridad y liderazgo, difícil de llenar por los dirigentes políticos del equipo gobernante. Se pretende establecer una relación causal explicativa entre el continuo fortalecimiento del presidencialismo y su degeneración en un régimen dominante oligárquico. Igualmente se expone el manejo del imaginario colectivo para control social y cómo el desconocimiento de los mecanismos democráticos para lograr un marco de convivencia ciudadana, crea un ambiente de ingobernabilidad y de conflicto social. Se concluye con los factores que pudieran revertir dichos fenómenos, los cuales deben ser abordados desde una perspectiva interdisciplinaria para explicar los hechos que intervienen y lo posibilitan |
| English abstract | Death of Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez, a populist and charismatic leader who held power with autocratic tendencies, in Venezuela created a vacuum of authority and leadership, hard to fill by the political leaders of the ruling team. It aims to establish a causal relationship between the explanatory continued strengthening of presidentialism and its degeneration into an oligarchic ruling regime. Also the management of the collective imagination for social control and how the lack of democratic mechanisms to achieve a framework of peaceful coexistence is exposed, creating an atmosphere of lawlessness and social conflict. We conclude with factors that may reverse these phenomena, which must be approached from an interdisciplinary perspective to explain the facts involved and make it possible |
