| Spanish abstract | Se pretende poner de presente que el constitucionalismo europeo de posguerra y el Norte americano, no han sido los únicos referentes en el proceso de construcción Constitucional en América Latina, por ello se ha procurado rescatar la cultura jurídica Latinoamericana y el aporte de los diferentes grupos sociales y culturales del momento , lo cual ha sido un trabajo jurídico, social y académico que se ha fortalecido cada día por medio de diversos aportes sembrados en espacios académicos y jurídicos, lo que ha generado que dichos aportes , el multiculturalismo, la construcción del concepto de nación y la interculturalidad, sean cada día más perceptibles en el mundo jurídico por encima del sermón colonialista. |
| English abstract | It is intended to present that the European post -war and North American constitutionalism, have not been the only referents in the process of Constitutional construction in Latin America, for this reason an attempt has been made to rescue the Latin American legal culture and the contribution of the different social and cultural groups of the moment, which has been a legal, social and academic work that has been strengthened every day through various contributions planted in academic and legal spaces, which has generated that said contributions, multiculturalism, the construction of the concept of nation and interculturality, are increasingly perceptible in the legal world above the colonialist sermon. |
| Portuguese abstract | Pretende -se apresentar que o constitucionalismo pós -guerra e norte europeu não tenha sido o único referente no processo de construção constitucional na América Latina, por isso foi tentado resgatar a cultura jurídica latino -americana e a contribuição dos diferentes diferentes sociais Grupos e culturais do momento, que tem sido um trabalho legal, social e acadêmico que foi fortalecido todos os dias através de várias contribuições semeadas em espaços acadêmicos e legais, que gerou tais contribuições, multiculturalismo, a construção do conceito de nação e interculturalidade , seja mais perceptível no mundo jurídico acima do sermão colonialista. |
