| Spanish abstract | La revista Ratio Juris se ha vinculado al IV Encuentro de Pensamiento Latinoamericano como patrocinadora y organizadora del Conference, Papers & Proceedings; es decir, de las memorias de la conferencia, la cual contó con pares evaluadores doble ciego, corrector de estilo y la respectiva publicación tipo revista científica, solo publicando aquellos del más alto rigor académico y, adicionalmente, incluyendo aquellos que se entienden como parte de la creatividad artística. Dicho evento se realiza anualmente y pretende dar elementos de construcción de identidad, pensamiento, teoría y lazos de fraternidad latinoamericana. |
| English abstract | The Ratio Juris Journal has been linked to the IV Latin American Thought event as a sponsor and organizer of the Conference Papers & Proceedings, that is, of the conference"s memoirs, which included double-blind peer reviewers, style corrector, and the respective publication type scientific journal, only publishing those of the highest academic rigor and additionally including those that are understood as part of artistic creativity. This event is held annually and aims to give elements of identity construction, thought, theory and ties of Latin American fraternity. |
