| Spanish abstract | El presente trabajo aborda la transformación de las pandillas juveniles en la Ciudad deMéxico, específicamente sus formas de acción colectiva y la reconfiguración de susidentidades. Consta de dos partes: a) un recorrido histórico del fenómeno pandilleril enMéxico y b) la transformación de este fenómeno por medio de la influencia delneoliberalismo, el cual ha incidido en el replanteamiento conceptual de la identidadpandillera; para nuestro análisis tomamos como muestra a dos pandillas de jóvenespertenecientes a la Col. Santa Martha Acatitla, D. F., a los cuales se les aplicó una encuestade alrededor de 36 preguntas, así como también hacemos uso de una entrevista realizada a un informante clave |
| English abstract | The present work approaches the transformation of the youthful gangs in the City ofMexico, specifically its forms of collective action and the reconfiguration of its identities. Itconsists of two parts: a) an historical route of the pandilleril phenomenon in Mexico and b)the transformation of this phenomenon by means of the influence of the neoliberalism,which has affected the conceptual reframing of the identity gang member; for our analysiswe took as it shows two gangs of young people pertaining to the Col. Santa MarthaAcatitla, D. F., to which a survey of around 36 questions was applied to them, as well as wemake use of an interview made to a key informant |
