| Spanish abstract | En el presente artículo se analiza la institución escolar a partir de los esquemas tipificadores que permiten a los actores construir su realidad social desde la perspectiva de Berger y Luckmann. En la interacción los actores comparten un tiempo y espacio donde fluye constantemente la subjetividad de unos sobre los otros, y es por medio del lenguaje que se establecen una reciprocidad de actos expresivos y comunicación de significados. La escuela como una institución tiene que buscar los mecanismos para asegurar el control de los comportamientos de sus miembros, así aparece la habituación que guía y crea pautas en los roles que los individuos desempeñan. | English abstract | This article analyzes the educational institution from the typifying schemes that allow actors to build their social reality from the perspective of Berger and Luckmann. In interacting actors share a time and space where subjectivity constantly flowing over each other, and it is through language that a reciprocity of expressive acts and communication of meaning are established. The school as an institution must seek ways ensures control of the behavior of its members and habituation which creates standards on the roles that individuals play appears.
