| Spanish abstract | La capacitación a los promotores del Programa “Educa a tu Hijo” en Centros Penitenciarios en el empleo de los medios didácticos, responde a una necesidad existente en el “Combinado del Sur” de Provincia Matanzas, Cuba. En el trabajo se aborda la capacitación diferenciada a ejecutores sobre el empleo de los medios didácticos, teniendo como fundamentos el currículo de la Educación Preescolar cubana y el Modelo de Capacitación Diferenciada, respondiendo lo más fielmente posible a las disímiles necesidades y potencialidades de los ejecutores en la educación y desarrollo de sus hijos de la primera infancia |
| English abstract | The training to the promoters of the Program Educates your Son in Penitentiary Centers in the employment of the didactic means, he/she responds to an existent necessity in the Cocktail of the South of County Matanzas in Cuba. In the work the training is approached differentiated executioners on the employment of the didactic means, having as foundations the curriculum of the Education Cuban Preescolar and the Pattern of Differentiated Training, responding the faithfully most possible thing to the dissimilar necessities and the executioners' potentialities in the education and its children's of the first childhood development |
