| Spanish abstract | El objetivo del artículo es analizar las percepciones de las organizaciones de la sociedad civil (OSC) acerca de sus interacciones con municipios en el diseño, ejecución y evaluación de políticas sociales. En la primera sección se abordan las dimensiones teóricas y contextuales sobre la relación entre el tercer sector y el gobierno. En la segunda se describe el marco legal para el funcionamiento de las OSC en el ámbito local. En la tercera, se analiza una encuesta diseñada a partir de las dimensiones planteadas. Por último, se formulan algunas conclusiones e interrogantes para el desarrollo de futuras investigaciones |
| English abstract | The aim of this paper is to analyze the perceptions of civil society organizations (CSO) about their interactions with municipalities in the design, implementation and evaluation of social policies. The first section deals with the theoretical and contextual dimensions of the relationship between the third sector and the government. The second part describes the legal framework for the operation of CSO in the local context. In the third, we analyze a survey designed from the dimensions raised. Finally, some conclusions and questions are formulated for future research |
