| English abstract | This research article was developed within the framework of the project called: narratives of peace in the training of teachers in western Antioquia, carried out during 2020 and whose primary objective was to recognize the importance of the narrative exercise in the complex formative processes of the teacher. For this, a qualitative research was proposed, from a hermeneutical perspective. In order to generate information, various techniques were used, among which were: the autobiography, the semi-structured interview and the focus group. Among the main findings of the research, we can refer to three valuable elements, namely: the relevant place that teachers in training grant to the idea of memory, their high sense of belonging to a place and a specific territory and finally, the opportunity that they notice in the professional work of the teacher, as a generator of social changes. |
| Spanish abstract | El presente artículo de investigación se gestó en el marco del proyecto denominado: narrativas de paz en la formación de maestros del occidente antioqueño, ejecutado durante en el año 2020 y cuyo objetivo primordial fue el de reconocer la importancia del ejercicio narrativo en los procesos formativos del maestro. Para ello se planteó una investigación de corte cualitativo, bajo una perspectiva de enfoque hermenéutico. En procura de la generación de información, se emplearon diversas técnicas, entre las cuales se ubicaron: la autobiografía, la entrevista semiestructurada y el grupo focal. Entre los principales hallazgos de la investigación se puede hacer alusión a tres valiosos elementos, a saber: el lugar relevante que conceden los maestros en formación a la idea de memoria, el valor que otorgado al quehacer docente y finalmente, la oportunidad que advierten en la labor docente, como una oportunidad para generar cambios sociales. |
